THE WINES OF THE SHIRE
A European Style Boutique Winery with Estate Grown Varietals of limited production. The wines are produced in the traditional style, farmed as naturally as possible, maintained by hand, aged in French Oak Barrels and you can clearly taste the difference.
Everyone is unique and so is their palate. We don’t want to tell you what you taste. The flavors will introduce themselves to you as you explore them. We give minimal descriptions to help you make your decision but the experience is uniquely yours. All of our wines are great for sipping and very food friendly.

ESTATE CABARNET (26 cases) -Grown on the steep, rocky, south-west facing hillside, this very refined Cab has a velvety nose with a beautifully balanced finish. A Classic with great structure. |
| ESTATE PETITE SYRAH (48 cases)-Also grown on the hillside Estate, we find this wine with it’s rich dark fruit to be pleasantly robust. |  |

CABERNET SAUVIGNON (46cases) - A berry nose, light in tannins and acidity, extremely smooth, very popular among tasters. |
MERLOT (30 cases) A bright nose, nice fruit. A bit more tannins and acidity than the others. Great with Italian food. |
