• The "On the Horizon" Newsletter, will bring you all of the information that you will need about the Shire. 
• We are currently designing an addition to the winery, which will include an underground room for intimate gatherings for wine tasting and food pairing, a large barrel room and both a public and private (Members Only) tasting area.  We will combine both Elegant and rustic European Styling to give you the feeling of a distant home away from home. 
• Expanding the vineyards and adding areas for private romantic picnics and ceremonies in the vineyard
